Yoga & wellbeing for menopause workshops:


Join Debbie and I for a relaxing workshop learning about the menopause. We will share our medical knowledge of the subject, and teach how yoga can be used to support and empower us through this significant life chapter.

These workshops are open to women who are experiencing any stage of menopause.
