Yoga

Having practised yoga myself for over 25 years and appreciating the wonderful benefits it brings, I decided to do my yoga teacher training in 2014. I successfully completed my adult teacher training diploma in Leeds and completed my kids & teens yoga teacher training shortly after. Dru Yoga has its roots in hatha yoga and includes classical yoga postures (asanas), pranayama (breath work), mudras (gestures), positive affirmations, empowering visualisations and flowing sequences.

I maintain my practice by participating in regular CPD courses. Most recently I have completed my ‘Menoyoga’ training – yoga and wellbeing for menopause.
